Learn therapeutic yoga from the source at Ghosh's Yoga College. This training is led by Muktamala Mitra, granddaughter of Bishnu Ghosh. You will receive one on one attention from Mrs. Mitra and benefit from the family-style atmosphere. After completion you will receive a certificate from Ghosh's Yoga College.
This is unlike western yoga courses. The primary focus of the training is on learning therapeutic exercises and how to organize and write individual prescriptions, not advanced asana. |

Curriculum
Over the course of this 3 week training, you will learn more than 100 therapeutic exercises for every part of the body. You will also learn dozens of asanas (yoga postures) along with their benefits and contraindications. The causes, symptoms and cures for many common diseases and ailments including obesity, diabetes and high blood pressure. Pranayama, mudras, chakras and meditation. You will learn to write prescriptions based on the unique needs of each student, giving exercises to heal their ailments without aggravating their injuries or limitations.
